In doing so, he draws on his experience managing 40+ public sector projects on climate mitigation and resilience, as well as advising corporate clients on sustainability transitions and regulatory compliance (e.g., CBAM, CSRD, EU Taxonomy). Tobias has also led impact evaluations of 170+ climate projects to optimize public funding and has successfully guided a 25-member policy team through a strategic realignment.

Tobias advises financial institutions (e.g., financial intermediaries, development banks) on benchmarking, portfolio analysis, and transition planning. He pioneers new approaches at the intersection of strategic advisory and IT tool development to facilitate green finance transitions. His expertise includes designing impact-driven financial instruments and advising on eligibility checking and impact estimation tools for financial intermediaries. Tobias thus ensures that financial institutions can effectively realign their operations with green finance objectives.
