Karolin holds master’s degrees in business and engineering as well as psychology. During her 17+ years of experience, she has managed 20+ international sustainability and finance projects under several clients including KfW, AfDB, GIZ, MIFA Fund and AFD and more than 25 beneficiaries.

What will Karolin do
Karolin plans and manages feasibility studies, technical assistance and evaluation projects in the green finance sector. She develops and implements online and offline trainings and improves communication and collaboration processes in online and offline formats. Karolin backstops complex projects and ensures the quality of deliverables.
